Setup repeatedly gets stuck at: "Learn the basics → Put on your glasses → Detecting..."

I’m facing a setup issue with my Ray-Ban Meta glasses and have exhausted most troubleshooting steps.

Problem:
Setup repeatedly gets stuck at: "Learn the basics → Put on your glasses → Detecting..."

Symptoms:

• The app keeps showing "Detecting" forever.
• No startup sound/chime when wearing the glasses.
• No response to "Hey Meta".
• No response when pressing/holding the touchpad.
• White LED on the glasses flashes briefly, but nothing else happens.
• I deleted the Meta app, removed Bluetooth pairing ("Forget Device"), reinstalled the app, and retried setup.
• Performed multiple resets (short and long button holds).
• Repeatedly paired from scratch.
• On iPhone.

Has anyone seen a setup/firmware loop like this where the glasses are detected and pair, but never complete initialization or get past the wear-detection step?
