Oculus Developer Hub not working

I just installed latest version of Oculus Developer Hub because the guy in the connect video was raving about. 

 

When I run it, I just get a blank white window.  I am running Windows 7 Pro. Do I need Windows 10 or something?

    Hi PuffyFluff, Windows 10 is needed to run ODH.
