Since Switzerland is a wealthy country I think Meta would have success if the app „meta viewer“ would be available in both App Stores (google play, Apple App Store). It is already available in  United States, Canada, Italy, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Spain, Belgium, France, Austria, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark.Please add Switzerland as well.

When are AI Features going to be avaliable in Colombia? Regional restrictions should be stated in BOLD letters in all your retailers.  To warn people about this issue.   

When you ask the glasses to read a document or any text, META AI summarizes it and describes its surroundings. My suggestion is that when Meta AI hears a reading prompt, it should read everything it can, and provide tips for adjusting the document to improve focus instead of describing everything in front of the glasses.META AI should describe everything around it only when prompted to describe what it is currently seeing. With these improved adjustments, the glasses will become much more useful for blind people.

Say hey Meta “camera” to bring up the camera view same with “video” or “captions” “zoom in” “zoom out” etc.while the neural band is ok, voice direction is sometimes faster and easier at least it should be optional??  

I get the following notification 5 or 6 times an hour when listening to podcasts on my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 glasses: "Discover music on your glasses. Connect Music apps to your glasses and use your voice to find and play ..."Amazon Music is connected to my glasses. I listen to podcasts on a different Android app. The problem only appeared in the last few weeks. Firmware on my glasses is current.Thanks in advance, Evan

Hello everyone, I have the rayban meta wayfarer and they are good, I’d just like to know if anyone has information about when all the functionalities will be enabled in Colombia. Any information is helpful. 

I am in the US and have the Meta Ray-Ban AI glasses. I would like to have the Garmin integration that is advertised for the Meta Oakley Vanguard glasses. I tried to download the Meta AI app in the Garmin Connect IQ store and it said the app was not compatible with my Garmin watch model. The Garmin watches that are compatible with the Meta AI app were recently investigated and published by https://www.techradar.com/health-fitness/smartwatches/only-some-garmin-watches-are-compatible-with-the-oakley-meta-vanguard-smart-glasses-heres-the-full-listIf I buy one of these new Garmin watches, will I be able to use the Meta AI Garmin features on my Display glasses? 

Though I have updated to 19.1 version, I am yet to configure google calendar to Meta AI in India. This service was already a part of update version 18.1. Is the calendar integration service, region specific or launched globally?

Had my Meta displays for a week all of a sudden there is no light on my band at all , have tried charging it changed charging blocks, held the side button etc. etc. will not light up  any ideas but it seems like this one is shot

i have an issue showing my rayban meta  speakers arent working on my app and  i cant able to use all the features can someone help me?

I’ve use the meta raybans for over 6 months. After the second last update it removed all my chat history with meta ai. Now it doesn’t save anything at all. It also told me that it can’t use context, not even in the same discussion and it checks out. If I ask ”what’s the weather ” it replies with something like ”it’s sunny and 14 degrees”, then when I continue with ”ok, how about tomorrow ” it forgets that we were talking about weather and says ”what question do you have about tomorrow?”. It has become a useless product except for the cameras and the headphones.

When recording a voice note in WhatsApp (via pressing button in whatsapp app) I hear the end-recording sound over and over and voice note is not recorded. I've tried rebooting, unlinking... And this always comes back. Anyone else experiencing this?

Reminders have no location. Release notes don't mention region for this functionality 

I have a meta trial for calm, but the integration has dissapeared. Confused as to why or how this can happen, having features with meta related trials on third party apps supported by meta dissapear.

I'm having a frustrating issue with my Gen 2 glasses where photos become extremely blurry when saved to Meta AI reminders. I'm getting a bunch of intermittent problems 24 hours in on brand new Ray Ban gen 2 with iPhone 13 running iOS 26.0......Can be on a call for 45 mins via glasses to iPhone and it's perfect - love it. But end call, start a new one and the glasses disconnect, reconnect, disconnect, reconnect, disconnect (and repeat) all the time - typically between five and twenty seconds connected then not-connected cycle. The white notification LED will be on and stay on until I put glasses back in the case. Then they'll be fine. Then later on the same issue again. Touch Bar has a mind of its own. It'll be fine, then you can swipe volume up but not down, or it won't respond to one tap to pause, but will respond to two taps to skip a track.  Sometimes you can start AI with a tap, other times not. Then "OK, meta" will work, but "Hey meta" won't. Then "Hey meta" and "OK meta" will work but tapping the Touch Bar won't.80% of the time Meta AI app recognises the glasses, then it won't (glasses

I can’t get past this screen on setup. Very frustrating. Can anyone guide me on a resolution. I’ve tried the factory reset, hard reset basically everything on the interwebs that I could Find. 

One more thing that puzzles me since day one is the nosepad. One of the two, the one that has a hole in it, I suppose for the mic, it is not perfectly aligned with the glasses , creating a small blunt angle on the surface. it doesn't hurt on my nose but I'm wondering if it's a slight alignment problem of construction. It can hardly be seen but it is not as smooth as the other nosepad, and if you pass your finger over it you can feel it's not smooth. Has anyone experienced this ?I add the photo although it's hard to see it 

I noticed that all MHCP members have access to create clothing based off the updates that Meta has announced; however, I’m currently  still missing this feature on my account. I’d like to know how I can get this issue resolved so that I can begin creating clothing as well.

My Ray-Ban Meta Headliner (Gen 2) glasses work fine overall, but after I put them in the case (power switch left ON as recommended), there’s no welcome chime and “Hey Meta” doesn’t respond when I take them out again.Everything works if I toggle the power switch OFF → ON, but I shouldn’t need to do that.Firmware and app are up to date, and I’ve reset/repaired several times.Is this a known sleep/wake issue or firmware bug?Scott (UK)

I activated the function to pause when the glasses are not worn.  But even if the Hey meta works, the glasses goes on standby after some time, and the touchpad doesn't work. The only way I have to use the touchpad is to disable the function, so the glasses are always active. But in this case I noticed the battery fades faster. It's as if the glasses don't detect when I wear them. Any solution? ideas?I don't understand if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. 

Hi my Ray-Ban Meta glasses have a broken arm on the side with the power button.Could you please tell me if you provide repairs and how to send them in, and whether I can power them on or retrieve my videos before repair, and how to do that. Thanks.

How can I turn on the camera feature in Meta Classes so I can take pictures of my surroundings and have them explained? It’s not working — photos and videos work fine otherwise.
