My META Vanguard AI glasses don’t have garmin or strava on app connections...

Hi i’m also experiencing the same issue with the garmin and strava apps, I tried everything updating the app, restarting both devices even doing factory reset on the vanguard, and none of them worked, both apps doesn’t appear to me on the app neither Strava or Garmin Connect, the only ones that appear are Spotify, Apple Music (on the iphone) and Amazon Music. I managed to get Meta Ai on my garmin connect but not on the meta ai app...Please advise

I purchased them in london but am based in South Africa.

We can see you mentioned that you have purchased your glasses in London but you are currently based in South Africa. Unfortunately, the Meta AI and Strava/Garmin integration is region-specific because the AI features and the Meta smart glasses themselves are only available in select countries.

The integration, which allows users to integrate these apps, relies on the availability of the Meta AI ecosystem and the supporting hardware in a specific region. At the moment not all countries are supported with Oakley Meta Vanguard glasses which may result in some features not being accessible to you. Hi I have the same issue, Glasses were purchased in Poland and I'm based in Ireland and there is no Strava and Garmin app available in connection tab.

Hi, I live in Italy. The Strava, Garmin, and Apple Heart apps appeared on Meta AI a few days ago. Check for updates for the Meta AI app on your phone.
