Unity 4 Month Trial

I hope this is the correct place for this thread, however I have a possible problem with the activation of my 4 month free trial of Unity 4.

When I activated the trial code, the Unity Editor stated that I would only be able to use Unity Pro for the standard 30 days rather than the full 4 months I was promised. I also cannot seem to view when the trial will end within the editor (I'm hoping this is just a semantic issue and my trial will actually last the 125 days as promised).

Did anyone else have this problem when activating their Unity 4 month trial? Should I worry or take some action?

Thanks.

I've just bitten the bullet and stop/restarted Unity and there's no sign of any problem. That's a relief! My contact at Unity tells me the same thing re a bad error message - odd then that some people seemed to have actual problems using their pro licenses a few days ago. Anyway, all seems well now...back to work!

I don't think this applies anymore with Unity 4.2

So finally, when does the 125 days start to count? From the day we push the "Claim Unity 4 Pro Trial License" button or the day we actually enter the license key onto the License Manager?

I believe the trial starts when you enter the code into Unity.

Please fix this. It said i only have 30 days.

In the oculus VR account it says

Download Unity 4 Pro installation instructions and read how to activate your trial license here.
Trial license is valid for 125 days from the activation day.

Therefore since i activated today i would like to get a new activation code for 125 days.

    Thanks

Read up, this was already discussed. You will see the 30 days is just an error in the server response, you should get your 125 days.

I would contact Unity support first (since they can check the codes in their system) but if they aren't helpful we could probably issue you another code.
