Unity 4 Month Trial

I hope this is the correct place for this thread, however I have a possible problem with the activation of my 4 month free trial of Unity 4.

When I activated the trial code, the Unity Editor stated that I would only be able to use Unity Pro for the standard 30 days rather than the full 4 months I was promised. I also cannot seem to view when the trial will end within the editor (I'm hoping this is just a semantic issue and my trial will actually last the 125 days as promised).

Did anyone else have this problem when activating their Unity 4 month trial? Should I worry or take some action?

Thanks.

Hey guys... I just tried to use my code from my processing email and here is the message I get from Unity (Last version) :

Error: Serial expired on 2013-07-30 (1)

    What the hell ? O_o

I'm getting the same error, too. I emailed OculusVR Support thinking this was a standard thing. I'm glad to see others having this issue *phew*

I imagined a world where Oculus sent an email to everyone reminding them to start their Unity 4-mo Trials before the expiration date. Which doesn't make sense because some people haven't received their Rifts yet. Clearly I've been playing too much VR.

Also, FYI: I've already used up the 30 day trial already and have been using the Unity free version.

Any comment from someone at Oculus on this issue please?

    Sorry for the mix-up.

The codes should work now. Please try again.

    Thanks.

Can I start a 30-day Unity Pro trial & then in a few days enter the 4-month extension code? My Rift arrived yesterday, but because it was ordered for me by my University I don't have the login details for the order manager so have to wait until the technicians read my email & retrieve the extension code for me. I'm hoping I can just start a 30-day trial now & then input the extension code in a few days when the technicians get around to it.

Update: technicians actually got back to me quickly & I got my 4-month extension code, however after entering it into Unity I'm told I only have 30 days?

Thank you cyberreality, much appreciated! Since mine is still working (because I've only suspended my machine since last Tuesday!) can someone who had the problem please confirm here that all is now ok, then I can set my rebooting paranoia aside and do some windows updates!

Do the codes themselves (not the trial) have an expiration date? I'm currently spending my time with UDK but would like to use my Unity trial in the future when I can dedicate more time to it, probably next year.

I think this is an error in the server response, so you should get your full 4 months. Although you could have used up the 30 days free first, then started the 4 months. That's what I did.
