Unity 5.1 and 0.6.0 Busts Project (Bad Config or LibOVR)

Trying to update a project using the new Unity 5.1.

I've deleted all the OVR and Oculus folders and plugs from the project. I've put in Unity's FPSController and activated "Virtual Reality Supported" in the PlayerSettings.

But, I get two errors:

[Compositor]ERROR: Cannot start with unsupported graphics API.

Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled.

Not finding any other posts about this. But the Rift (DK2) does not show anything and it's definitely not tracking within Unity. Any ideas?

    Hello I have the same problem

    "Compositor failed to initialize"

    "Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled"

    My Oculus is working fine with games, I am on unity v 5.2.1 and I have downloaded both Oculus SDK for windows and Oculus SDK source from this page https://developer.oculus.com/downloads/

    I only have the basic Oculus asset in my unity project, and when I built one of the basic scene I also don't have the "direct to oculus" .exe.

    I checked the "VR supported" in player's settings.

    I have the same problem. Oddly enough all of the demos still work on my laptop and I'm on Unity 5.2.
    It was working and now doesn't. I get the same error message. So saying laptops aren't supported is vague and unhelpful.

    "Compositor failed to initialize"

    "Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled"

    I didn't upgrade or anything.

    I assume it must be something simple. Any ideas?

    Hi. I have the same problem. I'm using Unity 5.2.1f1 and the latest Utilities package.

    This shows up while having Virtual Reality Supported unchecked and having the OVR camera in the scene:
    Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled.

    "com.Company.ProductName" is not a valid bundle identifier. Defaulting to "com.oculus.UnitySample".
    UnityEngine.Debug:LogWarning(Object)
    OVRMoonlightLoader:EnforceBundleId() (at Assets/OVR/Moonlight/Editor/OVRMoonlightLoader.cs:88)
    UnityEditor.EditorApplication:Internal_CallUpdateFunctions()

    This shows up while having Virtual Reality Supported checked:
    Compositor failed to initialize.
    Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled.

    I would be grateful for suggestions what to do...

    I cannot upload the actual OVR Server Log, because the communicate shows 'The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process'.. The one uploaded is from Friday

    You are running on ancient software. Please update to the 0.7 runtime and this Nvidia driver.
