Where is the trial code?

I'm probably missing something obvious, but where is the code for the 4-month free trial for Unity Pro? I don't see it in the documentation or anywhere in the SDK box. Hmm... I wrote Unity about it last week and they said the SDK should come with a code.

OK, what's going on? My license expired, I reached out to Unity and was given a second 30 day license to fill in until I get my 4-month code, and now that one's just expired this morning. Please give some insight into the holdup and an actual delivery estimate, or let us know if the deal fell through so I can adjust my budget and get a full license earlier than planned. This is getting silly.

My trial has also now expired :(

Any updates would be greatly appreciated as coming from a beginning stage I am still working out what engine I want to focus on.

Same here, one month trial expired while waiting for the 4-months announced one. I downloaded UDK yesterday and am starting to learn it (no other choice unfortunately...), but i would rather continue to use Unity in which I have invested money (third-party Unity extensions fortunately usable on the free version, but unusable for Rift development now ...). Any news on the 4 months deal?

Almost 2 weeks since a response from Oculus about this.

Can we have an update today please?

This is fast becoming another another 'Where is my DevKit thread' fueled by lack of communication from Oculus.

Please... just keep us updated, love you guys but there is nothing worse than no communication.

    Regards:

No, it means people developing on Unity won't be able to make them.

i contacted Unity and they said that the licence is 100 % Unity Comerical Licence and will work with the Oculus. You must be a Student or Instructor to get the licence for $750

Thats awesome! Thanks for the info, i thought those were non commercial licenses.

But seems like there is something going wrong with the 4 month trial.... Well thaaaaaaaat sucks  Jes Unity, just give them those fu*** keys for the trial its not that hard.

You can add me to the list of people whose unity pro trial has expired and due to the lack of any news on the promised 4 month code, will probably go off and start learning another engine. Do Unity realize they're losing potential customers here? Given four months more development I'm likely to be a lot more committed to Unity than I am right now.

Actually, the language Oculus has used so far indicates that they are the bottleneck, not Unity. Numerous times they've referred to figuring out how to distribute the codes. An email I received from Oculus VR support on April 30 says, "We are still working out the logistics in order to deliver the Unity trial codes to our customers."

The silence is deafening though. I don't know why we can't get a more concrete estimate or honest explanation of the situation.

I was hesitant to give an update because there really isn't any news on this front. I don't want to point fingers, but we are doing whatever we can to get this to happen ASAP. We thought we would be able to give out the codes by now, and I'm not sure how much longer we will be delayed. I'm very sorry about this, but please be patient.
