MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT IS LOCKED

I'm extremely frustrated because my Facebook account—vital for my business and the platform on which I spend over $1,000 per month on ads—has been locked for over a year. Despite this significant investment, I've received no help unlocking it. The recovery code is being sent to a phone number that isn't listed in my account manager or associated with the account. Every time I contact the ad support team, they say they can't help, even though my Meta Instagram account is linked to my Facebook account. What am I supposed to do?

Is there any result Because I also have a similar problem with two-factor login

I can reset my password but I can't log in because it doesn't recognize a known device and the code isn't coming.

    no its been about year with no help they almost have no support i think i will file law suit.

        My account was hacked and disabled including my business account. I posted something on MetaQuest asking for someone's help and someone just closed my post saying they can't help Facebook issues here and referred me to the help page I can't even use since my account is not recognized by them anymore. I am running in circles and do not know what to do....

          We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Facebook account however we here on the community forums can’t assist you with this directly.

          We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.

          For disabled or banned accounts, the best place to go to get help is here.
