PTC v69 Release Thread

On V69 I get a continuing USB device not recognized error (malfunctioned etc.) notification when powering off the Quest 3 with the (official) USB cable still connected to the pc. The Quest 3 is also turning on and off repeatingly while doing that.

I never had this issue before but I have a new motherboard (a Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II)  since a few weeks (everything updated) and not sure it's my system or the Quest 3 update.

I also made a new topic in Get Help just in case this gets overlooked.

I just want to mention that the Passthrough quality is amazing on v69, no idea what changed but I like it a lot.

Yeah passthrough is getting better and better no doubt I have absolutely no problem watching my phone screen or tv or anything anymore through passthrough

Still no resolution to the passthrough being total junk and why on earth can we not disable the stupid boundary when in passthrough.  It's obvious that if we are in passthrough we can see where we are walking and to not have that function is ludicrous.  Every time I try to clear and remove it altogether I can't even sit and watch a video without having to set a boundary.  We have asked for this time and again and seems that this isn't being fixed.  Some of us need passthrough in order to keep an eye on pets or kids.  

I can watch media through the browser on passthrough mode with no boundary. I can go you to another room and the media keeps playing in the window wherever I placed it. If you want specific apps to dispense with the boundary then you need to reach out to the developers of that app. My understanding is that it is an app specific option. 

I'm talking about the Meta apps which is why I'm mentioning it here.  I don't like clicking on quick settings and 5 meta windows open up where I have to find the windows.  I know that if it's a 3rd party app to go to them, but since this is a meta forum and Meta keeps deleting my posts in the get help I have no choice but to ask here.   And when I'm sitting and watching a video on Meta TV I should not have to set a boundary. Most people don't move when they sit.  So this is clearly a Meta issue.  

Yeah it’s fair that they need to update their meta tv app. It’s clearly not a firmware issue though as passthrough without boundary works perfectly whilst in the dashboard, using the browser etc. 

I was watching Netflix in theatre mode on a giant screen last night and was able to go to the kitchen etc. 

Unmutual the point I"m trying to make is that I try to disable the boundary and I get another prompt to set a boundary agin and can't do a thing until I do set it.  That's in passthrough no matter if I'm looking at dashboard or not.  So I have no idea what is going on or why Meta isn't paying any attention to this.  

And I have no idea how to do the no boundary thing, due to above situation.  I delete the previous boundary and there again, can't open anything whether Meta app or 3rd party without the prompt to set boundary.  

Enable wifi qr code option  on experimental setting? I thought it was already built into from a previous update
