Is this suppose to be an improvement? Im using 4 sensors all in usb 3.0 (using 2 usb controller) and the tracking is now poor since last update. Before that last update, the only problem was that sometimes, mostly after you re-enter the rift, the hand was very laggy. Restarting the software was fixing it and it was tracking brillantly.

Now tracking is poor, hand jitter, lag often, and setup process is not better at all. Also the height in VR seams unreliable. After setup, i found that the ground was lower than it should be. This is just after a succesfull calibration.

Please give us a way to roll back cause its garbage right now.

I cannot agree more. I have 4 sensors (2 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 2.0), an Innateck card: before the 11.1 update, once I bought the fourth sensor, everything was perfect, I just had the problem that Danybonin says, once in while (laggy hands, soved with restart...not a big problem). Tracking was AWESOME.
Now It's often hand jitter, bad hands tracking, I cannot aim properly in games whit guns, my 2 usb 3.0 sensor sometimes are detected as "poor tracking" (I have to restart al the PC!). I even tried with only 3 sensors: worse than ever, hands tracking was far better the first time I bought the third sensor.
I have only one request to the oculus team:

PLEASE, GIVE UP THE OPTION TO UNISTALL THIS UPDATE AND COME BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION!

At least untill everything is fixed (hopefully) in the next update...
If for someone this update is working, I'm glad for them, but as I can see many have more problems than before, so I'm just asking for an option for us.

    thanks in advance

Well I'm can't say i'm surprised but there is zero improvement, in-fact it's now much worse. My hands glitch & flash around more than ever. I've just lost all hope that Oculus are capable of delivering a working system. I've spent so much money on this i feel sick just thinking about it & this on top of the rift & touch itself. I upgraded my system when it was more than competent to run everything I needed it for & yet to eradicate all the bugs & problems i get with the rift i upgraded, purchased the recommended usb card, spent £75 on an extra sensor as i thought that might help, another £75 on mounting solutions for the sensors, extra on usb cables, hdmi to dvi converters. That's not counting the ridiculous amount of time spent setting it up again & again trying every conceivable combination you could dream of, contacting support providing videos & photos & logs & god knows what else they ask for.

It seems ro be that people with terrible tracking now have a good solution.
People with fairly good tracking now have it gone to pot.

Like so many others, 4 semsors was perfect for me expect the wake from sleep lag and a tiny, very tiny blip when handing over from one sensor to another.

Now 4 sensor isnt even an option :(

The problem is, at least for me, that even 3 sensors are not an option, since it's way worse than with 4 sensor. Worse than before this update even compared to my old 3 sensor configuration.
Luckily I have 4 sensor, with 3 now it's totally unusable. With 4 it's usable, but worse than before.

Hey there - 3 sensor setup here!

I have a few micro-glitches here and there, not sure if it was worse or better before this update.

It is just this momentarily hand judder when turning. Now that everybody talks about it, I start noticing it.

The bad tracking warnings that occur sometimes for the USB 3 sensors while the headset is idle are all because of wireless sync timed out and seem to disappear as soon as I take the headset out of its storage and wake it up. So that's nothing I am worried about. While the headset is in use, there are no warnings for the sensors, all fine.

Then there is a strange empty window that appears when starting Oculus Home. It closes itself after a short while.

I never noticed that before. Took a screenie of it.

    Greets!

Is Anyone Having Issues w/ Oculus Runtime 1.11 (Released Yesterdayish).

Even in Oculus Home I get severe Tracking Delay and drift.

Turning my head in Oculus Home alone makes me Sick. (The IMU Tracking seems to be delayed, and drifts unless I keep my head completely still)

That or the 50°F Room Temp is Messing w/ the IMU, But I've never had this issue till today.

Had a 4 sensor setup working prior to update, all on usb 3. Only had the wake from sleep glitch and the height glitch now and then.

Now one of the previously working fine sensors is intermittently reporting poor tracking error and the height glitch has went from being an inch or two to maybe a foot in difference.

Id test more but my headset is going back for RMA on Monday... such quality hardware and software!

With a bit of luck ill have it back in time for the next "fix".

I had that same thing this afternoon, I noticed it when I started and shut down Virtual Desktop, for some reason it's gone now, also closing that did nothing
