I have try so many time these last months to connect to Quest PC App (I have Oculus 2), but I get the error that the email or password are wrong. I changed the password multiple times (from forget password opinion). But the problem remains. What should I do?

Maybe you should be logging in to Meta not Oculus? Afaik the Oculus accounts were migrated into Meta and support for Oculus accounts ended in 2023. If you didn't migrate your account back in 2023 (everyone was sent emails about it) you lose all your old purchases!

Yup, that's a META account. When I log in to mine on the web, it is also on the site "secure.oculus.com" and the webpage tab is still called "Oculus" 😁.
After many attempts, the follow steps were successful for me (not sure how/why, as I did the same steps also before...) :
