Child Profile issue

I’m experiencing a problem on my Meta Quest 3S where the menus won’t load when using my child’s profile. When I sign in with the main profile, everything loads normally. I’ve also noticed that if I log into the main profile first and then switch to the child’s profile, the menus will load correctly. However, if I start the headset fresh—after a restart or powering it on—and sign directly into the child’s profile, the menus fail to load.

 

I’ve already tried a factory reset, but once I set up the profiles again, the issue returns. Has anyone found a solution for this?

 

Note: The Meta Quest 3S is running the latest software version.

    That's a nuisance, I'm sure. 

    OK, you can talk to a human support person at Meta rather than an AI here. Try the WhatsApp option first and explain what is happening.. There is no problem with the headset, something to do with the account causing an error I think. Hopefully they can fix it for you! 🤞🍀

        Hi LukasSky​ 🙂

        I've just tried my secondary account, it loads without issues. I'm on v2.6

        But... I'm on Quest 3 and it is not a child account, I'm not sure if this makes a difference.🤔

        Report the bug in the headset and use the workaround you found(going on you profile first) untill the issue got fixed.

          This happened on my daughter's headset after the 2.5 update. My primary profile loaded, but not my daughter's. After switching back and forth between profiles a few times, I left the headset sitting untouched for about 10 minutes while logged in to my profile. After I switched back to my daughter's profile and waited patiently, it all suddenly loaded and has been good since.
