Cross-Buy Free Claims Failing on Multiple PCVR Titles with GraphQL Error 1675030

Question

GraphQL operation responded with error 1675030: Error performing query. (Operation: useMDCAppStoreV2PurchaseFreeOfferMutation)

Happening on several cross-buy games when trying to claim the free PCVR version after owning the Quest version (same account). Non-cross-buy purchases/claims work fine.

Did the cross-buy work for any of the PC games? I'm having the same issue with Eleven: Table Tennis. I get a "Purchase Failed. Error performing query". Talked with support for over an hour and wasn't able to redeem the game.

It seems redeeming the PC VR versions of cross-buy titles is broken for titles on sale.Check if one of your titles are currently not on sale and try again.
