I accidentally removed 2fa code from authenticator and can't login now

I logged out my meta horizon few months ago and accidentally removed 2fa code from the authenticator. And today I reset my phone to factory and trying to restore the precious photos from the horizon gallery, tried to login to both meta horizon and web page but both stucked at the 2fa verification page. Real need some inside guy to help me out please
