I was stuck from update V78.1027 to V78.1028 and now I'm stuck again from updating from to V78.1027 to V78.1030. And still no new UI.

Same thing happened to me. Stuck in v78.1027. After several days of being stuck in a .1027 to .1028 loop it looked like Meta withdrew the .1028 update. Last night v78.1030 was showing as available with no release notes. After installing and restarting the version is still v78.1027 and the .1030 no longer shows as available and software is up to date.

my Quest 3 keeps reverting to v78.1027 no matter what I seem to do.
my Quest Pro keeps reverting to v78.1030 after showing that it successfully updated. It just suddenly reboots, and goes back to having an update to apply.

Same problem for me. Version 78.1028 would not install and was presented with version 1030 today and I have the same issue where after supposedly installing 1030 and rebooting I am back to version 1027.

had the issue in 78.1028 and hat to reset the quest. now the same problem ist at 78.1030......

So yesterday, I noticed ANOTHER v78.1030 update appeared in my headset (also 105Mb), even though I updated a week ago with that same version number. So I installed the update and restarted the Quest 3. It now says it is "up to date" again, but the version number is STILL v78.1027. This is the second time this has happened now!

Thanks for sharing this with us! If your version number isn't showing correctly after a restart of your headset post-update, please submit another bug report to make sure our engineers are aware of the issue.- KlasclasHonored Guest
Podríais ser un poco mas concretos, y si no sabéis por que pasa esto y es otro error fatal de los vuestros decirlo, pero somos muchos con este error. No podemos estar enviando informes de errores siempre, a ver si trabajáis bien

same exact problem already two updates and it doesnt seem to be updating, also no new ui or any new stuff so probably really is just stuck at that exact update. any updates how to fix it?

We're happy to let you know our engineers are already working on a fix for this issue, and it should be coming with v79. In the meantime, the functionality of your headset won't be affected.

I have the Pro still haven't got the updates included in ver 74 but I am on ver 78 1029 updated to 1030 but doesn't show no navigator and since ver 74 my controllers take forever to get going. Many restarts, will say light to low turn on lights (if I turned on anymore light I'd get a sunburn) then controller getting hot will shut down in five seconds. This is so lame paid the $1,600.00 and updates are ruining my headset. I've tried a factory reset and it is still the same. Any ideas?
