Hi all,
We need the MSDS/SDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for Oculus Meta Quest 3 for logistics/import compliance. Has anyone successfully obtained this document from Meta before?

- Which channel did you use (support ticket, enterprise support, email, etc.)?

- Did the document include battery/hazardous materials details?

- Any reference number or contact you can share?

I believe, the Quest actually doesn't requires a MSDS, so I'm pretty sure this document does not exist. But better ask support.😉

Hi,

I have already contacted Meta, but they were unable to provide the MSDS/SDS or UN38.3 documents. However, these documents are mandatory for logistics and shipping.

If anyone has access to these documents, I can share my email address for delivery. Without them, cargo companies are not accepting the shipment.

Since Meta is the manufacturer, it is their responsibility to provide these documents. No third party or shipping company can issue them if they are not the manufacturer.
