Lost 2FA access to Meta Account - No recovery codes available

Hello,

I enabled two-factor authentication on my Meta Account a while ago using an authenticator app. I recently lost access to the device with the authenticator, and I did not save the backup recovery codes when I set it up.

When I try to log in, the 2FA screen does not show a "Try another way" option. I still have access to the email address registered to this account, but there was no phone number linked.
