Meta Horizon Link on Windows 11 slows down upload and download speed of computer

When I run Meta Horizon Link on my computer, my internet connection slows down significantly without connecting to the headset. When I try using Air Link on my Meta Quest 3, it only displays the logo and three dots without progressing further. As shown in the screenshot, my network speed is around 900+ Mbps, but once I open Horizon Link, the speed drops drastically, as seen in the second screenshot. Has anyone encounter this?

    Commenting to update. I found a solution that fixed my issue. 

    I contacted Meta Support and the first thing the agent suggested was to check and make sure I didn't have a network boost turned on. It so happened that my Lenovo Vantage DID have a network boost turned on. Disabling the boost immediately fixed the issue. I was getting 1gb download while running app. Hopefully this helps anyone else, and it's that simple for you!

    Did you resolve this? Someone else is having the same issue. Is it happening at the router (whole home network) or just on your PC? AirLink is working fine on my Q3 and the internet speed is not affected.

    Just experienced this today. Also searching for a fix. Crazy it's taking me like 30+ minutes to download a 1gb game (beat saber) on Meta Horizon, but on my PC that doesn't have that app, I'm pulling 1gb. AS SOON as I open the app on my laptop, it throttles to like 8mb too, frustrating to say the least.
