Meta requires 2fa which I did not set

Question

On Win 11. I try to log into Meta quest app, and get redirected to browser meta log in page.
After receiving code on email, I'm required to paste 2fa code which i do not have (I specifically did not set 2fa).

Using my meta horizon app (gladly I'm logged in there) I cannot turn off 2fa because page where it is done is simply blank.

There's no workaround since I cannot change anything via meta horizon app, and cannot login elsewhere.

P.S I do not have any other live meta account (instagram etc)

I guess, that would direct him to the web page where he can't log in?🤔Not sure though.
