My Meta Horizon Home menu

My Meta Horizon Home menu (on Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3, or Quest Pro) has disappeared. Normally, it shows up when I raise my wrist and see the small icon on my left arm.
After some research, it seems this issue happens quite often and is considered a bug. Does anyone know how to restore or fix it?

    The wrist activated menu option was removed in a recent update. meta seems to remove things people like.

      Hi, are you sure? On our second account with the latest update, the menu is visible.

      From what I've read, the button on the wrist was removed, not the pop up menu.  In the opening of Worlds, it mentions the menu along with munching on a bagel.😶
