Screen burn and HOT Quest 3

Hello, I plugged my Quest 3 in last night to use it today. I always shut down after using it.

The glasses were very hot to the touch. The USB boot screen was on strangely, so I toggled down to restart. There was some software update that happened and then my main screen came up with a low battery warning. Also, the boot screen information was burned into my left eye's screen. The controllers then updated. I powered it off and plugged it back in. I waited a few minutes and restarted. It went through the same software and controller updates and still shows the screen burn and seems hotter.
