Unable to add payment method. Cards declined. PayPal declined. Checked with the bank, no problem. Checked with PayPal, no problem... the problem is with Meta... Meta is not responding to the problem.
Thanks, everyone. Thanks to you, Meta responded. I solved the problem by avoiding Chrome and accessing the Meta Horizon website directly from my headset. I was able to enable PayPal... Thanks again...👍

send messages through the store is sending a bug report. Nobody ever get a reply to a bug report....they are just to let Meta know "something is wrong", not for giving support to you.

You can try adding your payment methods using the Meta web page instead of the app, or by using a different browser, before contacting support. Maybe it'll work, but probably not🙁
Unfortunately, it's a common issue and sometimes it takes a while until it's resolved.
Some users found a workaround by creating a second account and use this one to gift games to their main account. Surprisingly they can add their payment method to this account without issues.🤷♀️

I don't see the option to mark this as resolved. Furthermore, on Android, the pages of this forum load extremely slowly...and I often get a "no response" message for HTML problems, whether on a tablet, phone, or Windows PC.
