"Unusual Activity Detected" error has stolen 6 hours from my life. :(

I got this unusual activity detected error 4 days ago and I've been working non stop to fix it. There is no clear place to get this fixed and I am drained and have given up hope. My device owner account's pin is not working despite me fixing the pin and it still not working, I bought a gift card for my account and that isn't working, I can't make new profiles because the verification code is "expired" every time I clicked the link, and it seems that nothing has worked or will work, except possibly buying ANOTHER gift card for my device owner account, which I do not have the money for. I even tried to illegally download the game, but of course that didn't work either. META help is the absolute worst, I wish that no one has to deal with this.

Side note: The TAKE30 discount ends tomorrow and when it does my gift card won't be enough to cover the game I am trying to get (Drunkn Bar Fight). 

Also, I have sent a message to the meta account about this, but I'm not expecting that to work. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could get the game with the gift card linked to my account without buying another one? Any ideas would be appreciated.
