Has anyone dealt with trying to purchase an app in the Meta store and was told that due to unusual activity, your purchase will not be complete?

You may be able to work around the issue while waiting for a fix by creating another account and gifting the app/game you want from that account to your main account.

J'ai le même problème de paiement ( bloqué car activité inhabituelle ), et ne peut plus rien acheter. J'ai contacté l'assistance, qui "travaille dessus" depuis 5 MOIS, oui, 5 MOIS.

Yes, this can happen if Meta detects something unusual with your account or payment. Try checking your payment info, or contact Meta support to fix it.
