Voice commands disable my controllers?

So this has happening me an hour ago so I was playing vr then I got curious of using voice commands so I decided turn it on then it bring up a prompt how to use it and it disable my controllers I had thought maybe they died so I change batteries and then disconnect my controllers from my headset and that did not work then I did a hard reset that did not work I’m got tired of doing so I’m writing this to see if anyone can help me with this
