Can't pair my Quest 2 after factory reset

Because of performances issues, I factory reset my Quest 2 and now I'm totally unable to pair it with the Meta Horizon app.

On the app, I still see the Quest 2 as paired even after uninstalling/reinstalling the app and if I try to add a device to have the pairing process, it finds it and ask for the pairing code, but it says "Unable to pair your headset, please try again. You may need to do a factory reset".

So I tried a factory reset again, to no avail.

    I finally fixed it by using my iPad... I don't know why it's not working with my iPhone... Even now that the headset is configured, the iPhone Meta Horizon app can't connect to it...
