Factory reset Quest 2, unable to re-pair headset.

Hello

 

I have factory reset my Headset to try and solve a controller lag issue but now I am unable to re-pair my headset. It still shows up in the Meta app but when I try to add it again it just says "Pairing your Meta Quest 2" for about a minute and then says it can't pair with my headset.

 

I have tried factory resetting again, re-installing the app on my iPhone, absolutely no joy at all.


On my account online, it says I don't have any devices attached to my account but the app says otherwise.

 

Any other help would be great.

  • Thank you, I ended up getting in touch with support, and they helped me out. Connected the headset to my account on another phone, and they were helping me clear the cache on my other phone, but while I was waiting for a reply I fixed the connection issue myself via the headset.

     

    I went into the Bluetooth settings on the headset, scanned for devices and connected it to my iPhone, and that restored the connection to my app :)
