Meta Link not working exclusively on USB3 Software Version 0

These problems started not long ago, 2 or 3 weeks at most, but the thing is, i cannot get my Quest3S to connect with a USB3 connection, link freezes or straight up won't load if im using USB3 ports, however the connection is stable on USB2 and i do not know why, airlink and steamlink work fine but i don't have a good wifi to do such

things i've tried:

Format C: and reinstall windows

BIOS XCHI check (was never disabled)

USB3 power management options check (always active)

reinstall USB drivers

reinstall Meta link

Factory reset Quest3s

switching cables, using both the official short one (USBC - USBC) and third party ones, currently using the AMVR 5m one (the one i've been using since i got the quest3s)

oculus debug tool options check

nothing i've done seems to work, so any help would be greatly appreciated, returning them and refunding will be the absolute last option since im in mexico
