My controllers deactivate

Hello,

The controllers on my Quest 3 deactivate completely after several minutes of inactivity.

To reconnect it, I have to press the meta and B buttons on the right controller, and the dash and Y buttons on the left controller, then go into settings to reactivate them.

How to fix this problem ?
