Cannot Make Purchases. "Request cannot be completed until further actions"

Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

Probably best to contact meta support, maybe using the chat option. Go to the Get Help section for info on how to do this.

Been having the same problem since the day after I bought it a couple weeks ago. Been back and forth with emailing them but so far no help. Bought and added a gift card to try and work around it but it didn’t work. Missed out on some great promo codes that have expired since I’ve been unable to buy anything.

I got email from support team saying the issue was fixed yesterday but I missed the 30% discount promo. So I won’t buy anything until have the promo code back. Because I won’t buy anything now, I really don’t know whether the issue is fixed or not. But I will say the support team reacted very quickly when they initiated the ticket.

My issue was solved this Sunday after 2 weeks waiting. Just PM the store support and they are very helpful.

Alright so because they keep closing the forums with no fix in sight I'm opening one again.

The error is, Request cannot be completed until further action We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please file an appeal to get your case reviewed

It comes up after trying to purchase any app, no matter the purchase method, I have credits, gift cards, PayPal and a credit card all do not work. I put in a ticket weeks ago and they give a message here and there but they never say much. Anyone know any ways to fix this on my own meta has been useless.

Just contact them and report your issue. I had the same one. It took them 2 weeks to fix it. They're gonna pass you off to a few support agents before it gets resolved. Ask for compensation. I got a $50 gift card cause I missed the two promo sales

It was reported nearly 6 weeks ago. I get about 1 message per week stating it's been escalated but never any movement. This round it's been nearly 2 weeks with no reply

Hey, I literally just kept messaging customer support and making posts such as this for 2-3 weeks straight. They were eventually able to restore my purchasing ability on my account about a month later.

same problem here, bought the headset like 5 days ago, all i did was redeem a gift card and buy 3 games in a short period of time. waiting for customer support to respond

i have the same problem here its over 1 month that i can not buy anything from meta store i tried with phone with my headset and a web browser but keep getting exact same error. "Your request could not be completed. This feature is currently not available to you. Please try again later."

Yep same with me it has happened to my account and I have had an Oculas forever and I have no way to get in touch and I would really like to get some help with making my account to where I can purchase things again so I would love some help please to get this fixed thank you
