Game Downloads keep cancelling themselves on Quest 3

hi im having an issue when trying to download asgards wrath 2, im on q3, every time i try to download the game, the download stops and the asgards wrath icon goes back to install, i normally get between 100-600mb when it does this, the highest download i have got to is 18gb, i have restarted the quest and done a factory reset, there is plenty of space and i have tried different wifi networks. i can download and install other games just not this 1.

This is fixed!

Our team has informed us this is solved (over all issues with games downloading)

Stuck on installation:

1.Restart the headset

Please let us know if this is still an issue to get a better look into this for you!

I'm also in UK, but up in Scotland, and I created a brand new meta account for the Quest.

Does everyone have the 512gb headset?

Me too I am also in Scotland. Made a new quest account and unable to download Asgards Wrath 2. I also have a 512gb headset.

Mine has finished downloading & is now installing (has been for the last 40mins)... 🤞

I've seen some comments elsewhere suggesting it may get stuck installing, but if it's already been a decent amount of time you can just restart & it'll be installed fine.

Yeah I'm on the 512GB version, I also have the Elite Battery strap attached too, not sure if that affects anything but worth mentioning.

I've also seen this issue with games installs and updates just stopping after a 100MB or so and resetting back to you having to install/update again. I fixed it by using a broadband connection as I found using a 4G router or my phone hotspot caused this issues. The 4G has been fine for my PC etc. with no downloading issues it has only been the Quest 3. I'm also in the UK.

OK so next question for everyone, is anyone on cable or landline based internet?
I'm on Three 5G home broadband here.

I am also on Three 5G internet. Have tried 3 different 5G connections and all had the same issue. Not tried a fibre connection yet.

My internet provider has been the same for over a year now and I have never had an issue, this just happened in the past 3 days or so.
