Games on the pc app wont download. I've tried uninstalling the pc app (including deleting every folders related to the app) and then reinstalling the pc app to no avail.I've also tried disabling anti virus, adding the app to the firewall, trying other networks, trying ethernet connection but nothing works.I can start the download, and then at some point it stops and I have to start all over again. How come the pc app cannot resume downloads like every other apps out there?We are buying games that we cannot install, how come?

Hey everyone, hope ya'll are having a great Sunday.Mine has been filled with frustration and disappointment. Backstory:I have had my Quest 2 since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. Its been great!! Love the games and worlds. I have let my granddaughter use it, a little at 1st but more as she got older. Now she plays mine everyday. I decided to get her the new Quest 3S for Christmas. Ordered from Amazon on Black Friday. Just found out that she will be with her dads family on Christmas so I decided to give her the headset early, so she can play it from now until she goes with her dad. I set it all up by the book, created a child's account linked to mine, got her user name, made her avatar, everything. Even bought her 2 favorite games and installed them for her. The problem:I have the Meta Horizon app  on my phone so I can cast to it and watch my granddaughter when she plays. I have tried to add her new headset to the app so I can  cast to it as well and it will n

I scanned my apartment using horizons hyperscape capture beta. It made a decent image of the space, but I can only move through part of the area. I could walk along the hallway, and enter one bedroom. The other rooms were visible, but I could not move inside them (without physically stepping forward). Is there a way to encourage the app to set the barriers in the right places? 

Is there no way to completely remove horizon worlds or at least all of the Worlds that pop up in installed app anymore? Saw there was a way to do it through the phone app up until a couple of days ago but now that's not working either.

When will meta ai be available as an option to turn on in Australia ?   

I have Golf + VR on Quest 2 and have the same issue. It takes me straight to Top Golf. No option to play the courses I just bought or the ones included. Reinstalled app first. Didn't work so did a factory reset. Same issue.0 Kudos Reply  

Hi There. On v83 PTC and the ability to filter apps based on certain criteria (uninstalled, installed, updates pending, PCVR, etc) has disappeared. Also the ability to sort apps A-Z, Z-A, or by recent is also gone.I hope this will be reinstated, as there is no easy and effective way to find apps you've already purchased. the Store purchase history functionality is cumbersome at best.

Is there a way to force an update to the new version of the Hyperscape Capture tool that creates private shareable Horizon Worlds? New scans I create don’t have the new options.

I just bought a new Meta Quest 3s for the Cardboard Hero Bundle during Black Friday. However it's not available. Is this false advertising? Is there going to be a class action law suit like I've been reading? Or can the bundle still be redeemed?

I recently restarted by subscription for the Supernatural Fitness game which is $100 and some change. Was charged twice within 4 days of each purchase. Is there any support group I can contact for this?

Hi, is anyone else getting these after an attempt is made to process a hyperscape? I'd like to be able to find out more about why a scan of mine has failed, but this generic message is all I can see, so I'm hesitant to try again.

I’m dealing with a persistent issue with one of the games on my Meta Quest account – The Walking Dead. When I click the “Więcej” (“More”) button, the key icon that should allow me to redeem the full game code simply doesn’t appear. I’ve already provided clear evidence in my native language UI to Meta Support, but they are not cooperating or offering a solution.I’m requesting that my demo account be cleared or that the cached data marking the demo as “played” be removed. This problem has been reported by other users on Reddit, yet it still hasn’t been addressed by Meta. The button is still missing in those games, whereas the other has it Moreover, when I have entered game page without logging into account, the button appears (I have tried to click it and then logging in, but the issue still prevents me to paste the game gift code)Has anyone here managed to work around this issue and successfully redeem a game code after playing the demo? Any help would be appreciated

I understand the announcement for the Meta Quest 2 not being feature updated after 2026 and only critical updates through 2027. My question is, will the game apps that we currently have on our Quest 2 continue to be updated past 2026 and 2027?

Hi out of all my friends and family that are currently using Quest 3 and have purchased a subscription for Horizon+ monthly games only my account is different. I don't get any free Meta credits and there are no other perks or a perk section. I do have access to the 2 monthly games as well as the other games under the main section but my friends all have a couple more sections of free games and discounts available to them .when I asked about this support said that not all accounts get the same benefits!? That seems like I'm getti g ripped off as I'm paying the same amount and getting less. Can anyone explain this ? 

my old Oculus account was never migrated so I can’t sign in anymore.But I bought The Walking Dead Saints & Sinners while my Facebook account was linked to my Oculus account.The purchase should appear on my Facebook commerce history.I’ve already created a new Meta account, so I need you to transfer my Facebook-linked entitlement for this game to my new Meta account.
