I did my first capture today and while visually it turned out well, when I was viewing it after processing I was stuck maybe a foot above the ground and I couldn't teleport anywhere (I walked around about 12 ft x 12 ft area to capture the place). Why is that? Did I need to set up floor level and boundary before starting the capture?

When i go to open tabor it keeps saying it has stopped or keeps stoping and its only that app that won't open can anyone help 

I bought Derail Valley on my phone through the Meta Quest App. The first real issue is that it doesn’t appear in my library on the app on my phone. It also doesn’t show up on my headset I also can’t find it on either stores. Anybody have ideas?

Hi, I just purchased the Meta quest 3. The 128 GB version. I got it today and do not have access to play the Batman Arkham Shadow game. It wants me to pay to play the game. I bought the bundled version of the quest with Batman Arkham shadow included. How can I access this?

Neuerdings nötig: Beim Start jedes Spieles stehe ich in einer freigezeichneten Spielumgebung. Dieser freie Raum wurde aber nie von mir so seltsam angelegt. Ich muss dann immer kurz raus, im Hintergrund auf stationäre Umgebung umstellen, und kann dann in meinem gewohnten Kreis spielen. Diese Einstellung bleibt aber nicht bestehen. Beim Start eines anderen Spieles stehe ich wieder in der abstrusen freien Umgebung. Immer wieder. An welcher Einstellung kann das liegen? 

Hallo. Seit gestern habe ich bei zwei Pico4 Brillen und bei einer Quest3 das Problem, dass ich bei WMG kein eigenes Spiel erstellen kann. „Die Verbindung wird aufgebaut“ sehe ich. Normal dauert dass dann 2-4 Sekunden, und ich kann den Raumnamen eingeben. Jetzt aber nicht mehr. Nach einer Minute kommt ein Hinweis „Netzwerkfehler“ Meine Internetverbindung funktioniert aber tadellos, denn in allen Brillen funktioniert der Store mit seinen Vorschaufilmen, oder andere Internetspiele. Alles spricht für den WMG Server als Fehlerquelle. Aber meine Spielkollegen aus anderen Orten haben keine Probleme, was dafür spricht, dass ich mit den drei Brillen ein doch individuelles Problem habe. Ich habe aber keinerlei Änderungen vorgenommen, vorgestern ging alles, gestern nicht mehr.Für Lösungsansätze, Einstellungshinweise, wäre ich dankbar. 

I need help refunding something my brother bought with out my permission 

I recently just bought the game after watching The Walking Dead, one of my now new favorite shows. I was very excited to play the game, as it downloaded pretty quickly. I decided I should play the tutorial, so I did, and I got through with no issues whatsoever. Until I actually started the game. The game opens up with a scene with an old man and a campfire. He says his lines, but then the game crashes. At first, I though it was part of the game, since it was just a black screen, but I realized the game was no longer running. I tried it a few more times, and decided to look it up. I see a lot of people who have the same issue I’m having, but none are getting any help. I decided that I’d just uninstall the game, wait a little bit, and reinstall it. After it was done, I got back in, and it happened once more. I uninstalled, this time, RESTARTED my headset. I reinstalled it afterwards, and the issue persisted. I’m lost. I’m sure I’m missing something, but I don't have a clue on what it is.

De verdad que no entiendo a esta compañía, tenéis un catalogo de juegos en VR fantastico, la aplicación de meta quest link funciona genial, pero desde que juego con cable desde el PC, no uso vuestra suscripción y no encuentro manera, y de hecho creo que no existe manera de jugar vuestros juegos en versión PCVR.He comprado juegos en steam de VR que tengo con vuestra suscripción de horizon simplemente por poder jugarlos desde el PC, estáis perdiendo dinero y simplemente lo que tenéis que hacer es permitir que podamos instalar los juegos de vuestra suscripción en PC, y luego esta el tema de la web de meta, 1) Parece que queráis esconder los juegos que existen en el catalogo de horizon, 2) Funciona muy lenta, y muy mal, la sensación que da es de inseguridad, de estar tan sobrecargada de cookies que al navegar por ella te están mirando hasta la marca de calzoncillos que usas. De verdad, cambiar de mentalidad corporativa, podríais hacer mucho más dinero.

Unfortunately, I'm experiencing a problem that I can't find anywhere else on the internet.In the virtual reality game "Angry Birds: Isle of Pigs," whether in the main menu or in-game, I have an invisible square (cube) that hides part of the game interface. This hinders the game's immersion and is very annoying.Has anyone else encountered this problem?How can I resolve it? My Quest3s is up to date. Thank you!Cordially 😊😊

loving bobber bay, but i can't buy things from the store. the items are on the screen in the bait shop. i can click on them with the trigger and they will make a noise and highlight yellow, but the info and prices don't pop up. i can pull the trigger on the blank price box and it makes a casting noise and will fill up... but nothing happens. i have 12k coins from selling fish now.i saw a post somewhere about switching sessions if you were seeing a lot of bugs, so i tried that. i swapped to other sessions, i tried a session by myself. nothing. went back to a regular one. there was another person buying so i watched the screen and prices showed up for them. so i could click and see prices then and it had my 12k coins up top... but it still would not let me buy anything. tried looking all over the menus and game info inside the game. i would have thought there would be a place to send in a ticket or something, but i didn't see anything. 

When I first heard I thought it was cool that I can share my games and apps with my family but it doesn’t wanna work they way I expected it to. I was really hoping it will be like apple family where you can share from multiple devices but instead you can only have one device, why can’t we share apps and games from multiple devices that would be such an amazing feature to have on all the meta quests can we please add this feature in the future.

I just bought a new Quest 3s 256GB today at Best Buy and while setting it up it ask me if I wanted to download The Walking Dead: Saints & SinnersI thought it was to come with Batman: Arkham ShadowI doubled checked to be sure it was the 256 GB and not the 128 GB???? 

so, i turned on meta ai in tips app and when in the tutorial i say anything it just doesnt do anything, it only responds to what can you do or just says "im not sure, go to oculus support", but after the tutorial, it doesnt work fully. just nothing.vpn doesnt help too, but i rlly want meta ai, so any tips?

I've downloaded OculusSetup.exe on my Windows PC to use Oculus Link with my Oculus Quest 1 but can't even install Oculus Setup. It says "Can't reach Link Server". What do I do please? 

Hello! Since yesterday, A game I've been trying to install would immediately stop installing by itself. For example,I would click install, and it would say like 0/400 MB downloaded, then it would pause at that for a few seconds before it cancels itself.For some background information, I was able to play an early access version of the game before it released, and it worked perfectly fine before.This happened ever since the game released to the public, when I tried to the update the game it didn't work. When I tried restarting and powering off my headset and then updating again it didn't work. To try to solve it I tried to switch the version of the game to live release from the beta build and uninstalled and installed the game but now it wouldn't even install anymore. I did everything from checking my storage to make sure I had enough storage (I have enough to download 100 of that game), checking my wifi to make sure I have a stable wifi connection, making sure my headset was fully

Hi, so I recently installed VDD and I mistakenly installed Virtual Audio Drive, and ever since then my Meta Quest 3 won't detect/play back audio from my computer, my computer still plays back audio fine it's only when I use Remote Desktop that I have a problem... I already tried pressing disable audio drive, uninstall virtual audio drive and reset drive on VDD and the problem persists, any idea for a fix of this?

 How to disable worlds app???I DO NOT give consent to have access to my photos and videos or microphone yet you cannot turn the toggle off. How to uninstall the absolutely Junk worlds apps showing in my apps I never asked for or installed. Cluttering up my apps folder with junk I'll never use. I'll never go into horizon worlds.And why every update does the messenger app and WhatsApp appears back on my device.Can you stop putting in junk we just don't want? And have to try to uninstall every update! Can't wait for valves new headset. Bye bye meta! Fed up with them putting junk on there I do not want or ever use.  Sort it out!  Sell it back to the oculus guy. He won't put this junk on!
