Bonjour,Dans ma bibliothèque, je voulais savoir si il y avait moyen de créer un raccourcis d'un jeu dans l'environnement VR et pouvoir le lancer sans passer chaque fois par la bibliothèque.Et egalement de créer des fichiers ou l'on pourrait déplacer les différents jeux en fonction de leur type ( exemple: jeu acheté/jeu sur horizon+/Jeu du mois offert etc etc Car là, a part l'option, masquer, desinstaller, supprimer, je ne vois pas d'autres options.Merci 

Just updated to PTC v83 and have a persistent problem. Quest 3 starts up in passthrough, then after a few seconds I get a dialog box announcing "Settings has stopped". The only option is Close app. Double tapping on the headset cancels passthrough and reveals my homespace. The new menu system is there, I can see all my apps and the haptic feedback triggers when I try to start one, but nothing starts. None of the other menu icons work, apart from home, which goes to passthrough. I tried a restart from the boot menu, but it hasn't altered anything. Multiple normal restarts led to one occasion where I could start apps, but now back to the useless condition.

I installed the most recent software update on my Meta Quest 2 headset. The confusing and frustrating issue I encountered was that several worlds were automatically installed into storage and saved in my library without my authorization. This occurred immediately after I completed the software update.The prompt in the Worlds section of the library says something along the lines of “The Worlds you save can be found here” or “The Worlds you save are found here.” (Note: I have never seen, played, nor saved those worlds.) The final line of the prompt states, “You can remove them whenever you want.” However, after reading the prompt, I found no option to remove these worlds from the library.Another issue I experienced after this update is that, according to both the Meta Horizon app and my Quest 2, there appears to be a game listed as if I had purchased it—when, in fact, I did not. by that i mean everyone should agree that the 'immersive home' was a **bleep** decision and we should agree that the old version was SO much better and if we can agree on thatthen we should all speak out on it

I have a problem recording my screen in portrait or landscape aspect ratios, even after I change the aspect ratio in the advanced camera settings, it still records in square 1:1 aspect ratio.Sometimes, it randomly works, but most of time it doesn't.It also always uses the right eye, even if I set the Eye to left eye.This has been happening for a while now, and even though I'm on v81 the latest version available to me, it still doesn't fix my problem.Also note that I didn't have this problem when I first got the headset, it was fine, I would say it started happening around version 76 or 77.MetaMetalMonke​

I just bought 2 VR games from the Meta Store one was $18 and the other was $13. The $13 one I finished in a few hours the same day that I bought it and the $18 one in almost finished with it. So what now do they just grow old in my Quest 3 Library?? The PAID VR games don't last very long at all making it not worth the money to spend on them so what now do I do with completed VR games in my library??? You must think I have a lot of free time to play VR games all day and that's not the case it's that there not very challenging or long lasting. So what do I do with a full VR Library of completed VR games?? Please Help!!Brooklynite74.

My quest pro and link app were working fine until I reinstalled windows and now it won't work, either wirelessly or by link cable. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and turning everything off and on multiple times. The app sees the headset and the headset gives me the option to enable the link but once I do I just get an endless bleu screen with 3 dots. 

Hi, we have notification, that gorilla tag does not comply with some of our standards, it may be restricted until further notice. What´s the problem? Can we solve that problem ourselve? 

Every single time I press the meta button the menu won't open and it restarted it 7 times and it won't work 

I can't download apps, they start then stop alone. I still have 400g free and i already factory reset my quest 3. Im trying to speak with a agent and every way i tried I can't i really need help and im very mad. Someone help me reach them please.

Can environments recorded with Meta Hyperscape be manually uploaded to Meta’s servers via a computer?My uploads fail from quest 3 everytime I try  

I’m currently in an email thread that’s ongoing 30+ emails because no individual service employee can assist me, and there’s no phone number for direct assistance. Each time an agent sees your case, they will simply ask for information that you’ve likely already given, send the email saying “we’d love to prioritize this ONCE we get the information” and it’s funny because the information is always in the email they are replying to. From such company like Meta, I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service options. A simple problem requires the assistance of 20+ different agents all doing the same thing: nothing. 

Is it possible to use Hyperscape Capture to capture a space without a wifi connection, then upload it once WiFi is available? This would be great for capturing spaces away from home ?

i have a  quest 2 and a quest 3s do i have to buy the games again of can you gameshare... if can gameshare how do? i wanna give to my nephews and play with them. 

I don't know where else I can write my dissatisfaction with Facebook or Meta.I've been trying to find a solution for months, and they're not helping me. The developers are terrible and useless.I need help. A few months ago, my Instagram account was disabled for no reason. They didn't validate my appeal, and my account is still blocked. This means I can't log into my Facebook account. I need to log in. I need help! Developers, please fix this. No matter how hard I search your options, I don't see anything that can help me.

when im playing. my game just crashes and i get this notification. "Not enough memory to run *game / app name*". It started when i updated to PTC v81. Even on v81 stable it still happens.. Ive tried killing useless services and app that run in the backround. Restarted my quest 2 many times. Factory reseted it over 10 times this month. Nothing helped, so it has to be an issue with V81 and V81 PTC. And also when i boot and am doing nothing. Even useless services and apps in the backround killed. Its using more than 3gb of ram. 

Does anyone no how too get a suspension lifted on meta worlds 

I have unlocked the skill tree to enlist Draugar when grappling Djehuty’s skull. It worked the first time and never after. Rolled back the game, re-earned enough skill points to unlock that skill once again, and it worked the first time once more and never after. I have tried all bug fixes, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game and reloading my saved game. Still cannot utilize the skill. It appears that the grappling ring may appear partially and briefly in the region of the neck. For the most part, the beads strike well above the skull with no grappling ring present. Same issue appears to be the case with the unlocked abilities in the necromancer staff. Any help or insight will be appreciated, looks like a great skill to have, and I feel a bit ripped off for having utilized many skill points to get a useless item.

Compare the pages for Moss II and Swarm, which both have a free trial but which cannot be accessed for Swarm:Moss: Book II has an option for a Free TrialSwarm does not - it shows the option to join the free trial for Horizon+ in the bottom right, but I'm looking for the game's free trial.The mobile Meta Horizon app has the same problem. There is a workaround available: going to the store page on a PC web browser still shows the free trial button, which successfully installs to my headset. Still, anything that requires taking off the headset and using a separate device is a minor annoyance. so today i wanted to refund strayed to bur hard bullet, so i contacted meta support and they said i couldint get a refund because i was " using refunds to much and to often" and i don't  refund that much and i can't refund my game. meta your the worst
