Hisome years ago i bought a oculus rift, with severals games on my old computernow i tried to use my oculus rift again, because he s still working,  on my new computer, but the software changed, it s now meta horizon, i create a new account (no choice) with the same email, but i don t have my games anymore. all my money is  gone, i don t want to buy the same games again...It is not normal to not offer an option to recover purchased games.i just bought few minutes ago a meta quest3 ... but i want to retrieve my old games ! (robocall and more) i just have my steam vr game  can you help me ? thx u 

hello I have a problem. And that is. I want to watch a 3D movie via Bigscreen. so i can check in settings a 3d glasses various 3d images you can choose. As soon as I have done that I start the movie and put on my Meta Quest 3S headset when I look at the image it is not 3d just hurts my eyes what am I doing wrong or what should I set differently ????

Hi all, new to VR but looking to purchase a headset etc shortly, Will be mainly focusing on Golf + and wondered:1 - What would be the best quest headset to buy2 - can the content be cast to a laptop so others can see you missing putts.... many thanks in advance for your help, all new to me!

My Quest 2 will not update Golf+ unless I uninstall game and reinstall it. It says I don't have enough memory which I do, but for some reason it won't update. Golf+ has a lot of updates so it gets a little disturbing when I have to uninstall and reinstall it almost every week just to keep up on the latest content. 

I  enjoy making maps but  this devious  keeps causing malicious aggravation to meI have finished my latest map and this thing keeps holding me up and refuses to let me get to the end  of the map this thing does not work the way it is supposed to it even does things that were not even put into the map I went through a trigger and it took me back to the beginning  there was  nothing in the script to tell it to do this these people  had no idea what they were doing with this this thing it does not work correctly it just makes believe I  want my real oculus quest 2 device not this fraudulent versionThe map is  scripted correctly and checked this thing is refusing to do it properly!!!!

Hi,I recently purchased and downloaded the game IB Cricket, but it’s not launching when I try to open it. Other apps and games are working fine on my Quest, so it seems the issue is specific to IB Cricket. Could anyone please help me understand the possible cause and suggest a fix?

This is a long shot but i would like to buy a quest 3 having previously owned a Quest and Quest 2. My issue is when I sold my Quest 2 a couple of years ago, i was going through a rough patch and deleted my Facebook as well.I had a lot of purchased games on there so it was a silly thing to do, but my head wasn't on straight at the time.The email, name etc is the same as this meta account I've created and I can of course provide other evidence if that helps.I know it's a long shot, but is it all gone for good? Thanks

Hi, i updated to Version 79 and since then, im not able to resize any third party app. If i try to grab the corner i am only able to move the window instead of resize.Im still not navigator.

I have a Quest 3 (about 8 weeks old). When I am using Horizon Worlds and try to enter any portal to a live event, instead of teleporting me to the event, the Quest Universal UI appears, showing a window for the Meta Store, specifically showing a page to install Horizon Worlds. But the strangest thing is that this is not the official Horizon Worlds store page - the official page has over 15,000 user ratings (with an average rating of 3.5), but the page that appears only has 16 ratings (with an average rating of 2.3)! Also strange is that it has a "download" button, while on the official store page it has a "start" button (because, of course, Worlds is already installed on my Quest 3 as part of the Universal UI and it cannot be uninstalled or re-installed). once you buy a game with store credit you should have the option to refund it to your default card on the meta quest just incase some one bought the game without your permission

A game I have called moto x, stays on a black screen forever and never opens, this happens every time they do a big update, the only way to fix this is by factory resetting. It only happens with moto x so I contacted the team and they said they’re was nothing wrong on they’re side, what do I do?

We were given a quest3 we sat up an avatar for my son and one for my daughter. We enjoy watching him in the tab but when it is my daughters turn we can not figure out how to view her on the oculas app.  Is there a way to change the view from one avatar to another or is a second tab needed?*note* There are no children settings in place as my twins are teens.Any assistance is appreciated,  thank you
