everything is up to date, cache has been cleared

app opens/nothing/closes sometimes there's a sec before close

ive done all 12 fixes ive found but your product is a paper weight with this pos app

Try another phone or a tablet for setting up the Quest.

Maybe borrow one from a family member or a friend just for the set up.

Apparently the Horizon app isn't working properly with your phone.

I've seen several posts today from people having crashes in the Android app, so it must be a bad update.

I've submitted a report through my phone app (iOS version) to tell Meta there's an issue with the Android update. Hopefully they will take note. If you're able to get the app to open, use the option in the app to report a problem.

Yeah, seems happen to people with older Android versions.

Unfortunately, this happenens to a lot of people. Seems the latest version of the Horizon app only works if the phone has at least Android 12 on it.

You should send a bug report

Have you see this post? ourlordleviathan reported that it's working now on Android 11 after reinstalling the Horizon app. Maybe try that too.
