Meta Quest headset not downloading any games

Ive been trying to download this game i got but every time i press on the download button it gets to 0% and then cancels the download. I’ve tried restarting the headset which didn’t do anything so i resorted to a factory reset but after that nothing is downloading still. so now im left with no games to play on the headset because of this problem

Hey everyone! I brought this issue up with our internal team and they informed me that this issue should be resolved now! Please attempt to download your games again to see if their able to completely install, and try a soft restart of your headset if you haven't already and your downloads are still failing. If you're still having this issue, I recommend making a comment on the thread HERE, as that is where another Moderator has been updating other users on this situation! Thank you all for your patience during this time!

I have the same problem too. Yesterday morning I was downloading without any issues, and now it won't let me download any games. Also, I'm not sure if this is related to the problem, but in Assassin's Creed Nexus, it won't let me download the language packages.

I read in another thread that it might be a server problem on Meta. So maybe we just have to wait until the problem is solved.

im having a similar problem but it says its done even though it isnt. i tried this with blade and sorcery and it says the game finished installing but it never actually is.

I'm having the same problem described by others, just bought my Meta Quest 3s and after the initial configuration I downloaded my free copy of Batman and another game. One day later and I can't download any game, as far I can tell everything else works, I can start and watch the 3d videos with no problem.

This doesn't look like a wifi issue for me.

Has anyone find a solution? Brand new device and this. Should I just return it?

Same issue for me right now. I've not had any issues with downloading any games since I got my quest 3 in December. I've just tried installing asgards wrath, won't do anything. Just downloaded beat saber, again says queued then stops then says prioritising and stops doing anything.

I have this issue on a brand new quest 3, tried resetting it nad it did nothing, i have 400 gb left of storage and a strong internet connection, i get a unknown error 12 when i go to the download menu.
