Referred App keeps showing Invalid Link

I'm in the US. I'm having the same issue. Every single referral link I try to use gives me the error "This link is no longer valid or has been entered incorrectly." I've tried on my phone & cleared by cache. I've tried on my computer. I've tried incognito mode.
When I reached out and opened a ticket, support told me to factory reset my device so they clearly didn't understand the issue. Hoping for a resolution soon.

Our engineers have been made aware that this is an issue, however, the statement given by support about promotional offers is also correct.

Of course, support will continue to troubleshoot with the information we have, and at this time, there is no information on the matter from engineers. Once there is any news, one of the Moderators will make an adjustment to this reply.

I've been told by PM to come to this post and add my name to the list of those affected, even though my issue is different

I do not get an Invalid Link message, I get just an invite to view the app game.  My partners account works perfectly fine.  I also have tried links directly from her, which I know are fine, have not been maxed out in any way, and still have the same.  Her own account can purchase on same pc, so its not a local browser etc issue - username same as my account name here, Midnight

Picture below shows a random same referral link loading on my account vs partners.  Can see it does not show discount - yet if look in upper left of the title it DOES still say 25% discount

For some reason now, no referral link for 25% off is working for my Quest 2.

This seems to be an issue a few people are having. Is there a fix for this as it is stopping me from purchasing games.

Im getting the exact same issue. This is rediculous.

Exactly the same here since the may30 sales started. The week before no problems. I also noticed if I buyed something (without referral of course) there came a failed message, try again/cancel (and a very short white popup with somewhat like server error). But the buyed app did work. So I do think there is something wrong with the connection with some acc and the server. But I dont know for sure, because I'm not a technician. I'm in germany. Switched from Quest 2 to 3 last week and now this. Have a nice weekend ya all!

I have my headset since two weeks now and my friends tried to send me a couple of referral links to get 25% off some games but it always takes me to an "invalid link" screen. I guess I have to wait with buying games until this issue is fixed. Very frustrating..

getting regularly requested to PM them with my details, which I do - and then get template responses back saying the offer is only for selected people.....despite me pointing out it partially works - I can give referrals but cant buy with them!
