Unable to use Quest Cash or add any credit cards

Hello! I am CrimsonWinterr, and I would like to share how I cannot add any credit cards (I have none on my Quest account as of now.) nor use my Quest Cash. It says to file an appeal, but it doesn’t send an e-Mail to file one, whenever  many sources say it should. It says it is for my own security- when it is on my account, on my headset? This is unbelievable. It does not say there is one single strike to my account that prevents me from doing so! Please fix this instantly if you read this, Meta.

try adding a payment method using the web page instead of the app, maybe with an another browser than you normally use.

While ago, a user was finally able to add a payment method using the headset😅

    In addition to all those suggestions, and I might be remembering wrong, but wasn't there also a user who had payment issues that were fixed by unlinking their Facebook account, or was that some other problem 🤔?

        CrimsonWinterr Firstly, what a cool handle! 😎 Secondly, unfortunately Meta won't likely read this as it's mostly just volunteers like us. If Choleni or steve_40 read this, they have more knowledge about this and hopefully will point you in the right direction. Good luck! ☘️🤞
