Add optional "IGNORE" feature to the forums.

There's a lot of noise
on these forums and it has caused my right index finger to grow unnaturally
large and muscular from all the exercise it gets scrolling past posts with
questionable value in otherwise interesting threads, usually attributable to
the same individuals. It's like an itch that won't quit. Therefore, I think it would be nice to have an "IGNORE"
feature available tied to user accounts.

There was one user who I thought was a child by his posting style, until he said that he was in his 40s and posted a picture of himself with his wife. :open_mouth:

Not so long ago two members were banned because other members were sick of seeing an endless cycle of tit for tat postings that served no one and went nowhere. Now one of those members is on the ignore list the interaction between those two members will stop and any chance of future banishment is dramatically reduced. So the ignore button has served its purpose the rest of us can get along just fine.
