Allow the option to get rid of the New Navigator

I think i speak for everyone when i say we should have the option to turn off the new navigator and return to the old UI with the taskbar.

The new navigator is so confusing and laggy to work around, even today its still very clunky.

If it aint broke, don't fix it and meta tried to fix it and broke it even more.

I think meta should learn from the Windows operating systems as they had the classic start button for decades and when they removed it from windows 8 it caused tonnes of confusion and many users to even downgrade back to windows 7 (i wish i could do the same for my meta quest). Then Microsoft learned from their mistakes and brought the start button back in windows 8.1 and made it better in windows 10.

I think meta should do the same
