DaftnDirect says farewell to ModnProtect


I just saw that Daft decided to retire as a Moderator on the forums. We should take a moment to thank Mr. @DaftnDirect for his fine service as the Law.

    ...and I'd just like to express my admiration for Cyber and the other Mods, it ain't easy being polite and impartial all the time, they deserve huge respect.

    So anyway, now anyone can feel free to tell me what they really think.. but be warned... so can I ;)

    Who are the other Mods? The ones I thought were are Mods, I haven't seen them around for a while.

    kojack is very active and hard working... the other mods may be a bit like me... tend to be away for long periods. I'm kind of active on the forum during the winter months when the outdoor stuff gets knocked on the head.


    That's one of the reasons I thought I'd hand in my badge... it seemed a little unfair to come in and stamp my feet after spending half the year awol.


    Edit. by the way @Zenbane, I see you're on 4444 points, that would be considered very unlucky in China

    Aside from kojack, the rest of the deputy mods have pretty much drifted away. Maxpare sometimes shows up and does a bit of thread closing, but for the most part their forum participation has dropped off.
