Do you play games or do workouts that makes you sweat a lot?

Sweat/moisture that found its way into the headset can cause issues like that.

You can try using a hairdryer as shown in the video.... be careful, don't use heat.

If this doesn't work, you might need a repair service like Fix my Oculus - if you are in the US - or google for vr headset repair sevices in your country.
