So I’m having trouble because I made a meta account before I put it on my headset, and I need to put my new account on meta horizon but I can’t. So I need to connect my new account on my headset to a new account on the meta horizon app.

    Why not just logging out with the old account from the Horizon app and logging back in to the  app with the new account?

    If that doesn't work, factory reset the Quest and start from scratch.
