How Many Forum Members are there?

I see quite often in the activity reel that 400+ members have just joined the fray but can Cybereality divulge what the total number of members are here just out of interest. I know there's a lot of dev and Oculus employee lurkers here too and I guess for indie developers (or porn sites) there's a motive to make a topic to get <insert game or porn site here> noticed.

It's actually hard to tell the exact number right now. I would estimate it's probably close to 300,000 at this point. However, we did get some extra "ghost" accounts when we switched forum platforms, so it's hard to say for sure.

Thanks, those are impressive numbers and just goes to show how many lurkers and inactive accounts there are considering the numbers of active users who post on a regular basis.

Yes, a ton of lurkers. I think something like 75% of the traffic is from guests.

Wow, that's a lot of members! I would assume that the majority of them have never posted, given that we seem to have relatively few "regulars" around here.
