Hello Community Members:  I'm representing a regional university seeking to secure a bid proposal on a bulk purchase of 100 Meta Quest 3 headsets/accessories/management service subscription.  Meta is challenging to navigate when attempting to secure a bid proposal document (to meet purchasing department requirements), especially identifying a Meta representative to directly speak/work with.  Any suggestions on Meta contacts with phone/email would be greatly appreciated.  I've left emails and worked with chat to no avail.  Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone, it’s been about 3-4 years since I got my quest 2 and now, it’s pretty used (dead pixels etc…). I now have a decent PC so I was wondering if I should buy the PSVR 2 with the adapter (specifically and only for PCVR) or get the quest 3 and use airlink for PCVR.

I got permanently banned because my friend thought it was funny to change my name to something bad and I got banned because u can only change it ever 6 months and a few before that another friend who i am not friends with anymore spam reported my account and a few other accounts and meta is being super difficult to get it unbanned

The title says it all someone I know is selling a Quest 3s that has 256GB on it and it includes the Batman game too all for 200? Is it worth this price? I’ve not owned a vr headset myself I do have a pc but the only vr headset I have ever played on was the htc vive when one of my relatives owned it

Do i need it to connect to my quest3s to charge up thr backup battery or do i not need to cause whenever i tired to charge it without connecting to my wuest it dors not charge

Good day, My apologies if this is not posted in the correct section!I might be a little ahead of myself, but I was wondering if the following issues from the Quest 3 are being taken into account with the upcoming Quest 4 model?At the moment, tracking is an issue with the Quest 3 when playing many different games involving fast moments or out of the headsets sensor range, which unfortunately, can impact the user negatively.  Often, every point, swing, hit or movement matters and not having these register can leave a feeling of frustration towards the user. Is the quest 4 moving towards and emphasizing more towards hand tracking, or will sport/fast movement games also be considered?Headset weight - Standing still or moving for a period of time can cause neck pain, pressure and possibly leading to injuries. This might be a little difficult to reduce because of all the components, but is this something that is being entertained? I think that the more balanced weight is really helping

Has anyone connected the meta quest 3s with the ASUS Dual Radeon RX 7600 GPU?its not officially supported in the website. but the RX 6600 XT is listed. And they are very similar cards.So my question is. if i buy the meta quest 3s. Will i be able to connect it with my steam and play normally?. Thanks.

Tried to use Immersed with my Quest 3, tried it for a bit, didn't really work, uninstalled it. Ever since that my second monitor doesn't work. I tried restarting the pc, plugging in and out, using different ports, turning on and off. How can fix that and why the **bleep** did that happen?

Family of loyal meta/quest customers; in the past 3 years we bought 2 quest 2's for the kids, a 3 for myself, loaded them with expensive games and an absurd amount of accessories that the fire has destroyed, along with a dozen phones, PC's and laptops loaded with meta software.We bought a 3s to share a week after losing everything we own pretty much proving how much we appreciate quest products, a look at my usage time alone would blow casual users away.For years I have recommended the quest to everybody. I love the product line and do all I can to leave positive reviews everywhere. So as a huge fan, supporter and most of all customer I ask the meta community and company for help replacing our lost devices/accessories.

I started the day complaining about the lack of notification regarding updates …Now the update itself is the problem.  I’m on a Quest 2, but using Touch Pro controllers, and have been for  the last 8 months.  They have previously received updates in their usual “surprise” way of doing things right up until today.Now the surprise is that they are stuck at 0% status and will not proceed further.I’ve rebooted them, and the headset. Multiple times.Any further suggestions? Any help would be great.ThanksK

Im making a costume for halloween and the head has almost no visibilty. So I wanted to create a vr headset with my phone as a display and a designated vr camera outside the helmet to capture video and send it to my phone and give me the ability to see outside. any advice on how to pull this off?

i want to now if there is any external module can be used for meta quest 3 for speeding rendering for 8k . i have someone who want to try it any help will be aprricaiated

i know in emuvr you can play lightgun games, but it also comes with all the other fluff with being a virtual room, and also its only compatible with retroarch. so no house of the dead 1 or jurassic park 2wondering if anyone ever made a thing that lets you just like...boot a game from the desktop and lets you shoot at the screen. like a VR sinden lightgun. idk how that would work exactly, but if one doesn't exist i'd be tempted to take a crack at making it in my spare time

I'm experiencing a persistent issue trying to access my Meta account—the one I use with my headset. Every time I attempt to log in, I'm prompted for a 2-factor authentication (2FA) code (OTP), but I never receive the code on my phone, I don't have the recovery codes as well. I've exhausted all troubleshooting: attempting login from different devices, browsers, and networks. To rule out problems with my number, I tested receiving OTPs from other, non-Meta services, and those arrive instantly—so the issue is clearly on Meta's side. I even tried accessing my account via the account center with Facebook and Instagram, but still hit the same 2FA roadblock. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of support: live chat appears to be gone, and posting here requires being logged in. How are users locked out supposed to get help? I had to make a brand new Meta account just to raise this issue. There needs to be an open channel for locked-out users who can’t get through 2FA. Please advi

So Meta is not doing their job they have ai doing their job and I don't know if it's cuz they fired so many people or what's going on but to lock people out of their Oculus that they paid for and spent so much money on these different things in here where you guys are telling people that you're not going to investigate further and that you're going to keep my account disabled when I know I have done nothing wrong I have two Oculus a two and a three and I can't use either one of them and it's not fair that you guys would try to put a community guideline violation on someone and I know I did nothing wrong if you are going to say this to people then you should show people what it is that they did wrong and instead of reverting to somebody violated community guidelines because you guys can't figure out how to get somebody stuff back on them just be honest and say so and then you're telling me you're not going to give me my money back I have invested too much in this for you to not give me

Hi! Today I connected to Quest 3 and found that when connecting via Meta Link or Air Link, the image is at a low framerate.This has happened before, Meta Link itself showed that the image was at 120Hz, but Steam displayed 72Hz.That time I fixed it, but now even Steam says 120Hz.Everything is fine with Steam Link.

Has anyone dealt with VR-Rock for prescription lenses? 

HiWe're using Whatsapp from long ago. It's easy to connect our friends and family. We have some Whatsapp groups of friends and families. My idea is sometimes it's hard to remember everyone Birth dates and we forgot to wish them. My suggestion if Meta add feature for that like popup notification as Facebook for birthday wish reminder and it's more grateful if popup birthday on group (if admin give access for that) it's will be good for many of us. Even second suggestion is calendar, if anyone have special events to attend than if we can just add events on calendar and got reminder before 1 day so we can remember and attend that's event without forgetting. (Event such as marriage anniversary or any special day).Thank you 

how to make money using Meta Ai? 

A lot of people I know have recieved the update, and I haven't.They aren't in PTC, yet they have it.Any Idea why?

I returned my Meta Quest headset in good faith after following all their instructions but weeks later I am still waiting for a resolution. Instead of a replacement or refund I have been stuck in a loop of copy and paste support emails saying they “understand my frustration” but offering no actual answers. Meta’s support process is slow repetitive and unhelpful. You never speak to the same person twice they avoid giving clear timelines and you get nothing but vague “we are investigating” responses. If your order goes wrong whether it is lost delayed or damaged be prepared for endless waiting zero accountability and no direct way to speak to someone who can actually fix it. Buy from a reputable retailer who will stand behind their warranty and process returns promptly. I wish I had.
