Dear Meta Team,I have an issue with my new smartphone model Nubia Flip 5G and my Rayban Skyler RW4010. I was able to complete the setup via Meta AI app successfully. Although the connection to the Meta AI app works fine(e.g importing videos) and I can use Meta AI features like asking questions and getting answers via glasses. However, I am not able to connect and listen to music via Bluetooth.When I connect my glasses with Spotify, and when I start the music with the touchpad of glasses, the music is played through the phone instead of the glasses.The latest version of Android 14 is installed on my device. I have factory reset both the glasses and the case many times. Meta AI app updated with latest version. I also restarted my phone and completely turned it off and restarted it. But still I can not listen music via my Rayban Meta.I would like to know if this issue is already known and if there is a solution or a recommended workaround.Thank you in advance for your support.

it annoys me so much that - even on the PTC - the staggered rollouts lead to random feature disparities or being unable to test new features as they come outso i have a few solutions to this issueA) make the PTC the channel with all features enabledB) introduce a canary channel with all features enabledC) add the features that depend on staggered rollouts to the experiments menuthe whole reason for this thread is i really want to test the navigator but i haven't received it yet 

Hey there,I’m not even sure where to post this, since there doesn’t seem to be a dedicated section for Ray-Ban Meta glasses here.Has anyone managed to buy the Ray-Ban Meta glasses recently (in the last month or so)? A few weeks ago, I got an email about a 20% off sale on the AI glasses and decided to buy a pair.I’d mainly use them indoors at home or in the office, so I obviously can’t go for the dark lenses. I joined the waiting list to be notified when the transparent or transitions lenses for the large Wayfarer model are back in stock, but so far, nothing. Just complete silence.I guess I’ll have to wait for the next generation. What’s frustrating is that I keep getting bombarded with ads to buy the glasses, but Meta has zero stock.Any ideas? Thoughts?Thanks!

Why has Meta excluded Puerto Rico from Meta AI functionality? Puerto Rico is a US territory and there shouldn’t be any problems to make it functional here as part of the original United States rollout. It just shows that Meta doesn’t care about its users in Puerto Rico and it’s disappointing. I have a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses and half of the features don’t work because Meta AI isn’t available here. Being available in the US, should’ve been enought to make it work here but I see it was too much. Meta, INCLUDE PUERTO RICO 🇵🇷 into Meta AI so we can fully use the glasses.

Hello my account Bibu was banned for apparently being underaged even though i provided my Drivers license, i tried everything in the help center and now i can’t and have no incentive to buy 2 quest threes for my brothers birthdays  because i lost all progress and don’t want the same happening to them

Im really curious to explore some VR but have no idea where to start. I'm not really a gamer (though I have an old PS4 lying around) and just have a 2018 Mac Mini. I also don't use Facebook so that rules out any of their options. I was thinking of just buying a fairly cheap headset from Amazon or something I'd like to try out some kind of VR exploring or travelling experiences but am struggling to find an app for Mac, I only see them for iOS or Facebook apps. Am I missing something? 

I think that it would be cheaper than normal VR headsets and i have a 3080 with a 5 7600X so i think that my pc could handle it if there are any please recommend me some thanks

I have created a secondary account (to run music through), made a second avatar, re-routed my spotify through voicemod...now I am having trouble figuring out how to get my DJ bot into the world with my regular account.  I am VERY new and trying to figure things out as I go.  In addition, I can't seem to get my DJ bot avatar to move when I open the Horizons.exe file on my PC. Just spins around when using the tracking pad. Any step-by-step tips would be appreciated.Goal is - play music (from spotify) in my rudimentary built world in Horizons with my friends. When will this be implemented to help people with learning difficulties and use of AI could be really beneficial for UK applicants under the UK law? I would like to see same features as what Americans have is there any way of implementing several features that the Americans have like sharing photos in messenger and having the same access to features why is it Americans get features in the UK? People don’t, if you wanna make your product better, you need to implement the same ideas around the world so it’s not just releasing features in one area of the world

Could you please provide support and purchase made available from India. I believe we have a huge market to be tapped into. There could be many people who would like to buy  but are skeptical due to support not being available in my country. I also saw that Meta was in talk with the Ministry of Education for providing AI and VR to some of our universities. Clearly Meta sees a potential in India so I hope you are able to provide support to India in the near future.  Thanks
