Just a heads up to an excellent little puzzle (not-VR) I found over on Steamhttps://store.steampowered.com/app/282760/ (I am in no way affiliated to this game...I am just enjoying it so I thought I would share)Maybe others can post any other little puzzle gems they find.Regards
Is there a new system? Before I get into the head gear business I would like to know that there are hackproof qualities and software as well as hardware to keep my business going. I do not want to live on the edge every day knowing that someone in pulling in a virus and sending bugs to my system and I have to hire more people and spend more money to fix up the website and web pages. I feel like, after viewing F12 and the script it brings out to be far easy to read and misuse.
I didn't know where to put this, so throwing it in here. Just wanted to submit a complaint that the representative responsible for 1600 Galleria Boulevard Brentwood, TN 37027, wasn't at the location at 6:05 p.m. today Sunday May 20th even though the demo is listed as running through 7 p.m. on Sundays. Disappointed that I am unable to test your product because of a missing representative. Thanks for your time.
I couldn't find any email or phone information from the event page, so this seems like the best way to get this seen by someone who can do something about it. I went in to demo, gave my silver Kershaw pocketknife to the security guard who took a picture of it and my face. Forgot to pick it up on my way out. If anyone here can put me in contact with someone who was at the event I'd very much appreciate it. The knife was a gift.Thanks.
Hi all,I am about to share a great recipe that my friend shared with me yesterday. I was in her house, got an invitation to eat (I am invited everyday) and I was quite surprised by the flavours and textures. It is known as strawberry salad from Bangladesh. Take three handful of strawberries, finely chop 3 pieces of garlic and finely chop 5 streaks on coriander, add a bit of salt and mix. It was delicious. I hope this discussion does go to off topic. Enjoy my recipe and eating strawberries a different way. CiaoSaffieyah MaeysonsIn Cardiff, United Kingdom
Trust me to stick a soldering iron on my face when soldering a wire. Think this could be a 2nd or 3rd degree burn and it's on my cheek right where I wear the CV1. How long does a burn usually take to heal LOL. Tried wearing my CV1, but it's uncomfortable as hell with this on my cheek and might get infected if there's bacteria on the face cover of the Rift. FFS, just hope it heals quickly..Edit: Well there is some good news. I've just seen that I have become "poster of the week." I'll be doing more of the same this week given my face is charred and I can't wear the Oculus Rift..
Anon - An excellent movie that although is kinda science fiction it still raises a lot of current online privacy concerns (IMHO) and also maybe a glimpse into the not too distant future of things like Google glasses and mixed reality (?).Anyways...a recommended watch.Oh...and an excellent quote at the end of the movie..."It's not that I have anything to hide...It's just that I have nothing I want you to see"
How many charges do you get on a tablet and mobile phone batteries before they need replacing? Also, how many charges before they begin to deteriorate? It's just something I've always wondered..
Why has Samsung not upped their screen resolution to 4k on their mobile phones yet? I though the S9 would defiantly have a 4k screen. Do they not want people to buy these phones or what? A Samsung S7 & Samsung S8 are practically the same phone apart from a small upgrade, but there's nothing to shout home about.
i made a video on youtube called https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyu4HQnkpVU&t=i had suffered carpal tunnel syndrome from playing too much c s go with a heavy mouse. I lift the mouse a lot when i play.I read about a mouse called a Vertical mouse, i got the adesso i mouse e3.the mouse was hard to pick up and this made me tighten my hand to compensate which aggravated my hands carpal tunnel syndrome.so i put on two branches on the mouse for my ring finger and thumb to touch so i don't need to clench my hand to pick up the mouse.the branch for my ring finger is made up of two parts the branch and stabilizer that holds it still.the branch is made up of rolled up electric tape and stacked up and then curled on top of the branch to serve as a hook my ring finger touches.my thumb finger branch is a piece of plastic i found in my drawer for holding down cables on the floor the kind you nail in and i taped that on the mouse.i went through a lot of trial and error and found this method
I know people will find faces in random things, but sometimes the faces find you.Side note ... if you stare at the bark of an oak tree it will reveal the form of the totem pole you should carve.Sadly the image isn't in 3d.Absolutely un-touched image btw.
Any Rick and Morty fans care to talk about the show? How about the first time you watched it?For me I was out of Canada in Franklin Pennsylvania for work training - it was the first time I had ever flown on an airplane, been away from home and on my own and the 2nd time I had been to the States. It was December 2013 - and I was in my hotel room unable to sleep and decided to turn on some American TV... and they had the Cartoon Network. The first few minutes I was repulsed by the show - the constant burping made me sick but the animation was so good and by the end of the show I was hooked. I head home to Calgary leaving Toronto literally an hour or two before an ice storm hit that made National news - when I got back home, all I could talk about was this cartoon, but I couldn't convince anyone I knew to watch it for months, but when they finally watched it them got hooked too. I am surprised how big it has gotten considering how far out the show actually is, I buy all the Rick and Morty
New in this version? "Windows 10 ejects CD Audio Disk if CD Ripper is open!"A file explorer error that ejects the CD if Fairstars CD Ripper is open (but not if it is minimised) with a link to Bing for suitable disks!Has anyone else seen this one or is it just my poor maltreated desktop machine?I haven't tried another ripper yet to see if it is common only to this application - just had my latest 2 talking books arrive so transferring them to a USB drive to listen in the car (new car only has USB / DAB but no CD).
I'm just downloading a 3.6GB update for Black Mesa. Considering at the beginning of the month they were saying they were very close to release - could this finally be the Finished Article? (unnoticed bugs excepted)
https://www.pcgamer.com/if-you-use-twitter-you-should-change-your-password-right-away/Twitter is recommending that all 330 million of its users change their passwords today following a computer glitch that exposed them in plain text."We recently identified a bug that stored passwords unmasked in an internal log. We have fixed the bug, and our investigation shows no indication of breach or misuse by anyone. Out of an abundance of caution, we ask that you consider changing your password on all services where you’ve used this password," Twitter stated in a blog post.Twitter discovered the bug on its own, which is a far better scenario than finding out after a security breach. There's no evidence of foul play, and even if you left your password alone, nothing would likely come of it. However, it's always best to err on the side of caution in these cases.
I find it strange that I can stand outside and have a fantastic view of a used car salesroom in Oldham, UK, but when it comes to looking at some of the greatest monuments on Earth (i.e. Giza Plateau) you can only get a blurry, top-down, and not very good view of it.I was hoping to get a sense of scale of the place.Anyways...just a passing thought.Regards
I received my 2-year Anniversary Badge on the same day that I hit 10,000 posts lolIt appears I average 5,000 posts per year; I should probably work on that. Please respond with an appropriate meme.

I'm moving from the east to the west coast of Canada. Google tells me it's a 71 hour journey, covering more than 6700km across one of the most amazing countries on the planet. To those of you south of the border, it's like driving from Bangor Maine to Seattle, only with Lake Superior in the way. So yeah, it's a long drive. What's excellent is that I'm doing this trip on Canada's 150th birthday. The not so excellent part is that I've done this drive once already - in the opposite direction 4 years ago.Movers come tomorrow and we start the drive on Friday. Apologies if I'm away from the forum for the next few weeks. Atmos73 has happily agreed to fill in with more positive messages and corrections of everyone's spelling for me.Edit: sorry, this was meant for off-topic. Could a mod do me a favour and move it there for me?
I was watching a Mukbang yesterday, and Hyunee said that it is necessary for pooch to wear dog boots in summer. Is it true that summer heat will burn or hurt dogs feet? My Labrador Retriever only wears shoes when we go hiking.
Saw this on the beeb - I'm not a cat person (my wife is, though) but they do look kinda cute together...http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-43666657
I have been running some CPU / GPU ECT performance tuning software and found that my docking station was killing my performance. Thought id pass that along as something someone else might want to know.
