I'm looking to purchase a used 3DTV 1080p for gaming and was looking for one that use Active 3D glasses. Does anyone know of a good TV that will suit my needs? I don't want a TV with much input lag either? I'm told the Samsung 7 series do this, but they all seem to be a little expensive for a used TV. What other TV's are there that can do this? Cheers!

Apparently there is am ongoing squabble between 3d Realms and Randy Pitchford over the release of the infamous Duke Nukem Forever that was shown in the E3 trailer.The long short of it is that 3d Realms inherited the legacy backup drives for their old games - and 3d Realms VP Frederik Schreiberhas looked through them and found that the December 2002 build was an 80-90% finished game. He paints it as a much darker game than the DNF that finally shipped - and from the sounds of it, it was part Deus Ex and part Survival Horror with a hub based open world and some vehicle gameplay as well. Apparently it was about 25 levels spread across 5 or 6 zones, and mostly complete with the exception of the last zone (Area 51). So get this, people!I went to my computer and  ordered an item on Amazon (it was a personal massager and a bucket of lube), and it said delivery within 7 days of purchase, I clicked buy all happy and content, then I went to bed.I woke up the next morning... and get this ...I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE!!I had to go online to complain about the package not being delivered!They told me about 7 Days or something ... I didnt quite listen, so I went to bedI wake up the next morning, and guess what?! NO FU*KING PACKAGE YET!This is absurd, it says within 7 days and its not day 7 yet but its day 3 and no package, how can this be? Am I missing something?I cannot function, I cannot sleep, I cannot eat, I MUST have it! Please share your experiences./Parody

Another of my childhood hero's gone (could well be the last).I am just praying and hoping against hope that he really was a good person (tax evasion aside) and loved kids for all the right reasons...I cant handle another Harris, Glitter or Saville etc.Anyways, a big thanks to the King of Knotty Ash and the Diddy men...Peace.

I am starting to lose what good site I once had and by doing a bit of research I was looking for things to slow down this processes. It might be a load of rubbish, but I've read that regular eye exercise helps you to restore your vision. What do you reckon? I don't want to waste my time on an eye exercise if there's no evidence this actually works..

By far, YouTube is my favourite site on the web. In effect, it's all of humanity in clip form. If you think of the most random of subject and search, there's a pretty good chance someone has uploaded a clip about it. YouTube, at its best, teaches or enlightens its viewers. However, this is humanity in clip form, therefore it's a double edged sword. So, YouTube represents humanity at its worst, by spreading disinformation or thoughts of hate. Personally, as a realist, I wouldn't have it any other way. This is precisely why I love YouTube. It's raw. It's real. It's also hilariously funny. And some clips are worth mentioning, if only to make others laugh. We all need a good laugh. It makes us feel good, both mentally and physically.  I can log in and my notices are set up.  I can not post nor do I see a page that talks about how to post.  I wanted to comment on a post and ask a ?   Nor is there a page that states how long you have to be a member to post.  Anyone know the Answers?  I have email support for two Q.s over two days ago.  I asked them here and got an answer before the end of the day.

Just heard that Maplin has collapsed into administration.It's sad news for those of us who enjoyed wondering around the store, getting inspiration for those little electronics projects we like to mess about with. It was also a useful place for the occasional emergency PC component purchase... for when you just can't wait for an on-line order to come though. With the disappearance of Tandy (RadioShack) and now Maplin, my high street is becoming a much less geeky and altogether less appealing place to visit.It's obviously worse news for the 2,500 UK staff who work in the 200 stores and I'd like to wish well for the future.

I ask because I need the latest firmware to allow the DP port to be able to use the monitors 144Hz Refresh rate, I'm capped at 60Hz with the current firmware and can only use the Dvi-D to get 144Hz, but I need that port for my 3D projector. I have a Benq XL2720Z, and I though it would be as simple as downloading some firmware to a usb stick. How wrong I was, so how the hell do you update the firmware on this monitor? Cheers!

I was just looking to get a used Plasma television but when I read this I can't get my head around what it's meaning.
